歐洲專利合約（EPC）會員國

目前適用歐洲專利合約（EPC）有38國，其中35國為簽約國，另有3國是延伸國

註：延伸國不是EPC的正式簽約國，是申請與EPO達成協議，EPO的申請案可及於延伸國，目前仍為延伸國的有：
