這樣的審查計畫可以協助企業取得較為全面的智慧財產權，也就能夠根據企業的計畫需求取得包括專利、商標、外觀設計等類的智慧財產權！
這個審查計畫會考慮企業全球化、多元性的發展，給與審查時間的優待，特別是現在審查時間這麼長，常因此喪失競爭優勢！
這個綜合性審查計畫大約的內容有：
（1）綜合審查協助新創公司、新產品、服務等拓展國際市場的多個相關專利技術；
（2）即使多個申請案有不同的時間、不同請求審查的時間，或是有不同部門的審查人員，但仍會根據申請人的選擇在一定時間內作出審查或核准意見；
（3）申請人可以提供解釋，讓審查機關瞭解企業與這些智慧財產權申請案的關係。
(1)The Integrated Examinations cover multiple patents related to technologies that go to make up new enterprises or new goods or services related to enterprises that are aiming to expand internationally, etc.
(2)Even if the time of application, the time of requesting examination, or the section or group responsible for carrying out the examination differ between applications, all specified applications will be examined and rights will be granted together at a time chosen by the applicant.
(3)By providing the examining officer with an explanation of their enterprise, the applicants can ensure that the examining officer carries out the examination aware of the general outline of their enterprise and with an accurate understanding of the role of each invention etc. within that enterprise.
透過這些優惠，如果審查人員可以在審查前取得多些資訊，以及這些技術對該公司的重要性，包括瞭解這些技術可能可以讓日本企業具有國際競爭力，這應該可以讓企業或新創公司較快地取得想要或是應得的智慧財產權，至少會影響審查委員的主觀意見。
審查委員大約的手段包括：利用各國之間的加速審查意見、利用國內外家族專利的各國專利、商標狀態、與發明人面談、安排專人審查等。
不一定咱們的智慧局也可以釋出這樣的善意！不過，在過於民粹的政治氣氛下，這樣或許有圖利財團的疑慮！
